Brightline train is a new, high-speed train that runs direct from the Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Miami Airports to the West Palm Beach station. 

  • If you purchase a premium train ticket for arriving at WPB station, a $10 Uber voucher is included. If you purchase a smart ticket, there are usually Circuit Carts waiting just outside the station, or the walk to the Hilton or Marriott is .5 miles and 1 mile, respectively.
  • The fares vary depending on time of day, other events happening on that day and how long the ticket is booked in advance. From Orlando, smart tickets range from $39-$74 and $109-$149 for premium. Typically, the trains run from early morning (5:00am) to almost midnight but can vary. They do run promos often so be on the lookout for those.
  • Smart ticket riders can purchase snacks, beer and wine for a cost and premium tickets include access to the in-station lounge an hour ahead of time which includes unlimited snacks, beer and wine. Premium ticket holders are also seated in the first train car where they receive unlimited snacks, beer and wine. 
  • Brightline now provides shuttles from the Miami Airport to the Brightline Train Station, and from the Fort Lauderdale Airport to the Brightline Train Station, which will then connect you to the Brightline Station in West Palm Beach. They cost $10 for the first person and $5 for each additional person in the same party.   • Circuit Carts work with Brightline (see information on how to schedule them) and can be scheduled to be waiting for you when you exit the train.
  • Hilton has a Circuit Cart that runs daily from 10:00 am-9:00 pm Sunday – Wednesday, and 10:00am - 11:00 pm Thursday – Saturday. These can be requested at the front desk. 
  • Do you want to arrive to dinner in style? Rent an electric Moke vehicle to get you there! The Hilton has two Moke vehicles parked just outside the front door. Simply scan the QR code on the side of the vehicle to pay and gain access to the lockbox. The rate is $125/hour. 
  • Hilton’s airport shuttle hours are 7:00am-7:00pm, departing from baggage claim every half hour in the hotel pickup location
  • Marriott’s airport shuttle hours are 6:00am – 12:00am departing from baggage claim every half hour in the hotel pickup location

Parking: Should you rent a car, parking at the Hilton is $40-55 per night. Daily parking at the Marriott is $22. There is a parking garage at CityPlace that has daily parking for $10.

Attendees can download the Ride Circuit App and request rides to downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island, or to get to/from the WPB Brightline Station for a minimal fee.
